Hey guys.
So James on the forum posted some links to a "charity auction" his "friend" is running on ebay (twelveby12). I bid and one a Christmas card signed by the Walking Dead Cast (which I know even doubt if it is authentic). It has been the WORST experience I have ever had since I have joined the internet! Not only is this user rude and condescending.... but he is just a complete scumbag!
I would not suggest anyone do business with him in the future!

Hi DancingGirl!
Thank you for confirming my experience with yours! It is great that we have forums like this to engage with one another on these matters and to share experiences. People should be made aware of these individuals and their 'actions'!
Thank you also for providing me with the username... so I know who to avoid in future!!!

As you are now aware, I have cancelled this transaction despite the abusive comments made to me. This post constitutes libel, and I would appreciate it being removed before I report it to the level above Admin, the forum hosts as a breach of their hosting terms.
4200+ positive feedbacks with multiple repeat buyers, tells it's own story.

I have already posted this matter to the "ADMIN". I think it pertinent and imperative that individuals are warned of anti-social behaiviour by aspects (or individuals) posting on this site which may constitute fraudulent and/or unethical behaviour! Similarly, those aspects, inter alia, which my affect their experience interacting with potential sellers. Basic customer service principles!
Further, in relation to both the US and UK legislation, defamation is a result of untrue or unruly arguments/statements (and the like) which relates to unjust cause. (Key term.. "untrue" or "unruly") In this case, clearly, fair and just cause. Also, email evidence where you confirmed that you 'lost it'.
I will not remove my posts. If the admins believe it to be inappropriate, they can remove it, but this is my experience relating to my interaction with you.... otherwise it stays... as a warning to others who wishes to engage with you in the future.

Bashing a head against a brick wall
Your opinion of your interaction with me is your own call, as is mine with yours given you have sent numerous messages to myself and one other full of abusive language. You did, however, just use this public forum to declare the authenticity of the item in question into doubt. This is strange on three counts ... one I have already told you where it came from, and my source is pretty good, second... the item didn't change from the period you were bidding on it, and you only raised this issue when you were unable to pay and then opted to get abusive and thirdly (best of all) after posting this you STILL wanted to pay and buy the item.
I don't care if you think I am arrogant, I don't care if the little dancinboy from oz thinks I am arrogant because every serious forum member on here knows what he is like, but you will not accuse me of selling fake items for my charity fundraising. Seven years of fundraising like this, there's always a few problems, but I know the reality, and I know who the minority is.
If at some point you could do the decent thing and click the cancel option you will have received, we can put this to bed and I can stop having to deal with you as frankly you're beginning to sicken me.

Creature,
Your actions on this forum with regards to this matter are out of line. Libelous comments are not tolerated. Quite why you felt the need to bring it on here I'm not sure.

I posted it here as a result of the fact that your posts lead me to his eBay account. Therefore, the origin of this saga started (and will end) on Fanmail.
