Lucky you Kelly :D

It's winter here now ... and it's starting to get cold :shock: Luckily the sun is shining outside, so it isn't too bad.

It sounds so great to have 3 months off right now :P. At the moment, I've got about another 2 1/2 weeks (with exams beginning next week unfortunately) before I get a 3 week winter break.

Have fun over the holidays!!

My kids would be so jealous!!!! :P

Three months off school! In the UK they won't finish school for the Summer Holidays until mid-July, and they go back at the beginning of September :)

Make the most of your time off :wink:

I've been out of school for a while now and i've been pretty board.
Kelly, I see you're leaving for California soon-- I hope you have a lot of fun and that you dont get sunburned.

oh and I have been meaning to ask. What is GCSE test? I have never heard of it. Is it like collage tests you have to take or something.

Hi froggys_friend91 {up}

GCSE's are the exams you take in the UK before you leave Secondary / High School. It stands for General Certificate of Secondary Education.

You can then either go on to take A'levels (higher education) or go to college. To get to Uni you usually have to have pretty good GCSE and A'level grades.

Hope this helps!

From what Ian says it kind of sounds like SATs which we take in America.
