I'm probably misinterpreting littlestray1981's question but that will only block them from pm'ing you, correct? He will still be able to see the blocked person's thread posts. That hides posts. To block PMs, there are more steps--that doesn't do it natively.
For someone who claims to want to be a mod, you sure demonstrate an inability to actually provide accurate advice.
