All of these Letters we're sent 2nd Class Royal Mail, Should there companies be got these by now ?

I would have thought so, personally I send tracked so I can keep a close eye to determine a response, though some are taking a long time to get back, if indeed they do at all.

Yours are realistic so you should get a response from them all.

I did write to them because of a Voluntary/Charity service I do each week and this year starting in November i'll be celebrating the fact i'll be a member of this Charity for 10 years, It's based in my local town. I provide a Voluntary/Charity Hospital Radio Program which goes out live on air every Friday Afternoon from 3.30pm till 4.45pm my show is called TIME & SPACE, The station it's self is celebrating it's 25th Birthday this year & we're having a Party to Celebrate the Station's Birthday in November & thank the hard work of our other Voluntary Members/Presenters we've got about 35 to 40 members in total..
