Your personal celebrity memories

I've been wanting to ask this for a while now. I was wondering what is your most precious personal celebrity memory?
It can be a unique in-concert experience. It can be something that happened when you met a celebrity. It can be a special letter you have received...
To start with I can share one of my special memories:
Duncan James (ex-Blue member) phoned me on my 20th birthday to congratulate me!

I was in the kitchen, cooking so I never heard the phone ring! He had already tried 2 times when my younger sister told me my phone was ringing. So I went to check it and there was no caller ID so I had no idea who it was. Luckily he tried once more and this time I picked up. There was a bit noise on the other side of the line but I could clearly hear this male voice with a lovely British accent saying hello (I have a weakness for men with British accents!) I immediately recognised his voice as I have heard it a million times before. He didn't even need to say "Hi it's me Duncan!"

I was very suprised and never ever expected him to remember my birthday and I was very touched. After speaking for a few mintutes he told me his mum wanted to say hello too and she was really lovely as well. After talking to her for a while she gave the phone back to Duncan again and we said goodbye
This was definetelythe best birthday surprise ever!

My best celebrity memory was with Gordon Ramsay. It was at a cookery exhibition in London, and he was doing a special signing. Due to a disibilaty of mine, I find it hard to queue, so my mum told the assistant, who said come back in an hour and I'll see what I can do.
When we came back she had explained to Gordon what would happen, and when I came back he came round to greet me and talked for about 5 minutes. As it was near christmas he gave me a cookery book of his signed, and a box of chocolates also signed as a present! He posed for photos, signed my magazine pictures as well, and gave me lots of handshakes.
It was brilliant!

Speaking with the tennis players sounds really cool and there is always hope regarding James Blunt,
Leela! Keep trying and it just might happen one day

I have certainly learned never to say never!! For years it was my dream to meet Elijah Wood and Savage Garden and both of these dreams came true
That is very cool,

It is a lot of fun to read about other people's experiences as well

Yeah, it's nice to read about these experiences.
James and Fatima - I won't give up hope, and will just keep hoping that one day, I'll actually meet him (or Kelly Clarkson)!
My dad was once in a place called Pune (in India) and as he was coming down for breakfast in the hotel he saw some Indian cricket stars!! That was kinda cool because he got me their autographs and they were like my favourite players!
