Dear Angel_Slayer,

IRC's are used as replacement in case you haven't got NM foreign stamps to put on your SAE (self addressed envelope).

It doesn't matter if you use IRC's or foreign stamps, but you still need to have your SAE.

If you are working with foreign stamps on your SAE, then you have a SASE (self addressed and stamped envelope) and then you won't need IRC's since you've already placed the postage on your SAE.

Best,
Stephan

Australia has iuts own stamps as the US, England, Germany, France and any other country in the world does.

So if you are planning on writing to a celebrity in the US you'd need US stamps for your SAE. If you were planning to send your request to someone in France you'd need French stamps on your SAE.

Best,
Stephan
