Friends and foes not working??

Is anybody else having problems with the friend and foes!? On the preferences on the account here.

I have noticed I foe certain users on here then next time I log in they aren't foes anymore.

What is the problem with this? It is very frustrating.

There are a lot of fake users on here too. They seem to be added onto existing threads but when you go to read what they've put...
They are nowhere to be seen and the user doesn't exist
