All photo requests will be suitable (high quality) for home printing or developing at machines at places such as Walmart.
Rules:
1. I will PM you your requested photos
2. Maximum of three requests per day
3.
I am currently only accepting actress photo requests
4. I will send members their photos in the order they were requested

hilaryfan001, the reason that you are not authorized is because you have not exceeded 5 posts. Luckily, I have some Hilary Duff photos for you to have.
