Hello to all
I have a scanner, but I'm not really sure how to "scan" things. Could you please tell me how? Also, is it possible to scan things from magazines? And how do you do that?

Hii.
If you have word.Go to Insert -> picture -> from scanner. Then it should scan!

Hello!
Yes, it is possible to also scan from magazines - you can basically scan anything that can fit into the scanner
Is there not a users guide / manual that came along with the scanner?

Fatima, there is a user's manual but I can't really find where it says to scan things.... and I mean like.... would you just put the whole magazine in there and then scan it? I mean..... I know how to "scan" things... just I don't know how to scan stuff from magazines and paper and stuff like that...

This has worked for me, find the page of the magazine that you want to scan, put it face down on the scanner and scan, just make sure you hold the lid down and it should work fine

You scan magazines the same way as you would scan anything else. If the image is upside down you can always rotate it afterwards or croop it if needed.
