my story idea

Hello all, This may be a bit strange but oh well.....
I really want to right my own novel when im older and have come up with what I think is a good idea. I really hope you enjoy it those who read it and please leave a comment. I would really appreciate your advice and would love your ideas on what I can do to improve the general storyline, which bits are good, which bits arnt exactly.

The back-story is that at the beginning of time 4 worlds were created. The world of magic, our world, the gods world and an empty barren world created as a failsafe in case of emergencies
The Chaos god rebelled against the others and he and his sons where stripped of their powers and banished. He was imprisoned in the barren world and his 2 sons where banished one to the magic world and one to ours. The only power remained was that neither could be killed except by old age or by the hand of another from the chaos gods line.
The main character is an arms dealer in our world who when on a mission in Africa stumbles upon a rift between the magic world and ours and stumbles through it.
Once there he feels an intense unexplained feeling of anger towards the world he is in and spies an old man and seemingly attacks him for no reason. He is stopped and captured by the ruler’s army of the small land he is and taken for questioning.
The ruler is also an ancestor of the chaos god and a skilled sorcerer and although he took over the thrown by force he is a firm but fair ruler and the general population are happy with him in charge.
The ancestor senses the potential inside the man from our world and sets about training him as his heir. Throughout his training the main character saves his master from a trusted person inside his court who is attempting to associate him.
The dieing assassin uses a dark magic to transfer his magical powers into the main character and his dieing words persuade him that he would make a better ruler and could rule the world.
The main character sets about a plan and attempts to usurp the sorcerer’s rule.
The main character is defeated and the sorcerer, not wanting to kill his old friend attempts to banish him back to our world. The main character uses his powers to direct the rift so that instead it places him into the past when the sorcerer is still an infant and slaughters him.
He then gains a place in the king of that times court and using his manipulative magic’s forces him to name himself as the heir.
He becomes king and sets about his plans to take over assuming a dark name that I haven’t thought of yet
2nd book
This one starts off with the main character from the last one as a teen who gets summoned into the magic world by a group of people. They explain that they have been sent into the necromancers land by another king to discover a way to defeat him. They discovered that the only way to kill the necromancer who is a threat to the kingdom they come from.
They discovered the necromancer is an ancestor of the chaos god and so can only be killed by another ancestor and that is why they summoned him to the magic world. During the novel the team who summoned the hero to the world discover that the boy is in fact the same person as the necromancer and have a meeting of what to do. They decide the results would be the same if the necromancer kills the boy and that if the boy is killed he wont rise to be the necromancer and so carry on with their plans.
At the end the boy faces the Necromancer and at the edge of defeat the necromancer reveals the truth. That the teen is in fact a pawn in the other teams game and was going to be sacrificed. The teen overcome with anger attacks his former friends and asks the necromancer to send him back (this is why in the first book the necromancer felt hatred for the world and attacked the old man who was the wizard who decided to use him). The necromancer obliges and the teen apparently returns to our world. He has actually used a spell to make it appeaser he has and when the necromancer turns his back stabs him through the back and forces him into the rift. As the necromancer is dragged in he yells that the boy has now doomed this world and that he was the only thing standing in true deaths way. The boy tryst to save the necromancer and ends up following him into the rift.
The necromancer though hating this world he had grew fond of one or two and had decided the only way to save it from the big threat was to take over and unite the world into one big army.
Book 3
It starts off with the Necromancer and the boy in a desolate world. They explore it and come across a large lake with a tavern built on the edge. They enter the tavern and discover that they have fallen through the cracks of time and this whole world is occupied by others who have also fallen. In the world nobody ages, as time doesn’t exist. The Tavern was created by a man as a way to give somewhere to stay for those who fall through time.
In this world the necromancer and boy work together to find a way back to their timeline and meet an old man who knows how. All 3 work together to return and succeed. However upon returning to their timeline the old man is revealed to be the Chaos god himself imprisoned on a world where time doesn’t exist. He quickly battles and defeats the necromancer and boy and gains control of most of his armies.
The necromancer allies himself and the remainder of the armies with another near by kingdom and they attempt to find a way to stop the Chaos God.
It appears that the chops god is attempting to take over the world but they find out this is just a ruse to disguise his true plot. He is attempting to discover the location of a legendary city called Atlantia that supposedly appeared out of nowhere in the middle of a desert. The allies work to beat the Chaos god to the location of Atlantia and discover that it used to be a city on our world called Atlantis. The people of Atlantis had conducted experiments and had accidentally moved their city to the other world of magic. This had wreaked the rift around the 2 worlds in the Bermuda area so ships and planes mysteriously vanish there.
The heroes find out that the Chaos God wants to completely destroy the rift between world, which will bring about the destruction of both our world and the magic one. The heroes attempt to stop him but once again fail.
They find out that the only way to defeat the Chaos god is for the necromancer to Ascend to a god himself so he sets out to take the trials that will allow him to do so whilst the others lead their armies against the Chaos God in a hope to distract him.
The Necromancer succeeds and returns to defeat the Chaos god.
