There is a very good chance that this will be the last season of Gilmore Girls, but we are trying to get the word out that we want an 8th season.

I figured coming here would be good since a lot of us send out letters regularly.

You can help by sending a letter or just printing off the Great8Mandate flyer and sending it to important contacts at the CW like Dawn Ostroff.

Here's the site that started it, it has the address' right there and more info. I printed off 6 of the flyers and I'm going to send them to Dawn and a few others.

sorry that the CW is considering cancelling "gilmore girls". I have noticed that they are trying to get rid of all the WB shows. Just a heads up though, Dawn Ostroff is very hard headed and doesnt like to listen to the opinions of the viewers

It wouldn't be cancelled, it would just be ended. Dawn wants another season of GG but Alexis Bledel(Rory) is holding out, maybe if Dawn and the others at the CW see how much the fans want an 8th season she'll offer more incentive for Alexis to do one more season.
