Simon Cowell please help

I respect Simon Cowell because of his honesty and bluntness. For years ive been listening to Martina Mcbride sing; some of singing good and not so good. Ive even heard her sing live different places. I dont want my favorite singer to embarras herself live on stage when singing "Anyway". Sometimes Martina tends to oversing and screams. I wish Simon Cowell could maybe speak to Martina in private and tell her about this and maybe give her advice on singing correctly or song choice. Ive heard Martina control her voice beautifully and hit all the high notes when she sang live at Nascar when singing "Star Spangled Banner". Thanks.
