Does anyone have a clue if Kanye signs, sends out PP's or secretarials??

I'm thinking of writing to him, but don't know what to expect. Is it likely that he will sign??

I'd appreciate any comments on this.

i don't know if he signs or not but if you try him vv then you might just get a authentic :mrgreen:
