watermark removal

im trying to find if theres a way to remove watermark's on pictures
because i found a picture that i want to get printed out but it has a watermark... that i cant crop out or anything
does anybody know how to remove watermarks from pictures that would do it for me?

its a tad bit big so when i upload it on photobucket it gets resized to a smaller size but i need it in its reg size...
