How often do celebrities reply to charity?

How often do celebrities help for charity? There's a charity I'm helping (Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America) and I'm trying to see if some celebrities will help me out with it, such as Doris Day, Sean Connery, Sandra Bullock, Jane Russell, Anita Page, Dame Judi Dench, Priscilla Presley, etc. Do they generally help out? Thanks

Doris Day usually replies to her fans as well so I don't see why she wouldn't reply for charity.
I'm not sure about Sean Connery.
I heard Sandra Bullock doesn't usually sign for fans but she only signs for charity.
I don't know about the rest.. I'm very sure Judi Dench will since she's been good at signing for fans lately!

Yeah I would say that Doris Day ( {love} ) and Judi Dench are pretty much dead certs but I don't know about the others.

I've had success from Doris Day , Judi Dench so as they are very good with there fans but you can try the others there is no harm in trying and Good luck
