May I add a couple??:

You go to the shop every day just to buy a set of stamps and envelopes even though you have loads at home!

You sit by your letter-box/door waiting to for the mailman to come

(Last one might of been done though..)

These probably won't make the list, but they are things that I've actually done because I'm addicted.

Left my company's big Christmas party very early to drive an hour to get Melanie to sign my Woodstock Album.

Stood under an umbrella in the pouring rain for three hours to meet Joan Baez.

Got to a book signing before 5AM when the actual signing wasn't until 1 in the afternoon.

Called in sick from work drove 5 hours and booked a hotel room for the night to get one more signature on my Woodstock album.
