Secret Code

Hi! There is a game where you make a secret code. then you give a hint. Once somebody answers the code correctly, they may write a new code. They MUST write the correct message and what the code was.
E.X. 7, 1, 13, 5 (Hint:A=1)
The answerer would have to write something like this:
It means game. the letter equals the number of the order its in. G=7 A=1 13=M E=5
Here is my first one:
URIHG (Hint:B=Y)

It means: "FIRST" => alphabet is reversed
New code: NOVMYPNO (Hint: H - E = C) {thumb2}

Oh, I am so sorry!
I really really didn't notice it
I will give you a big hint to bring mine to an end:
Replace the letter 'E' with its position in the alphabet. This is the number that describes how much places the letters are shifted in the alphabet (right or left, only one direction makes sense!)...
