I had another idea for what could be a fun game, but this may be a little bit confusing as I'm not sure how to explain it so stick with me ok!

I start with the beginning of a story, just a few sentences and end with two choices:

Once in my closet there lived a small green furry thing. While I was sleeping I heard something moving in the shadows!

What do you do?
A) Go find out what it is.
B) Stay and wait for it to go back to sleep.

Now you pick one of the two choices and continue the story from there.

I wanted to just wait for the noises to stop, but I had to find out what they were. As I creep towards the closet a bright light comes on.

Do you:
A) Put on your best deer in headlights look
B) Cover your eyes as you try to keep going

And so on and so forth. Does that make any sense? I'm really sorry if that was just to confusing. My only other rules are that you can't post a choice like "Keep going or give up" it has to be something where you can continue the story, and that you have fun!

Here goes...

It's a dark and stormy night as you creep around the corner of the hall outside your room. You have been hearing things all night and when you got up to get some water things just seemed to get worse. You got to the kitchen fine but then the power went out. You thought you could make it back to the bedroom ok so you left without a flashlight. Just as you get to the point where you can see around the corner an odd shadow apears in the corner of your eye.

Do you:
A) Make a run for your bedroom?
b) Head back to the kitchen for a flashlight?

When I saw the shadow, I made a run for my bedroom. All of a sudden my bedroom door slammed shut and locked. I hear the floorboards creaking behind me, and the creepy shadow returns in the corner of my eye.

Do you:

A. Run to the kitchen for a flashlight?
B. Hide in the nearest closet?

You think about making a run for the kitchen, but the shadow gets nearer and nearer and you make a dash for the closet. Once inside you think you are safe, and give a sigh of relief, but then you feel a chilly breath on the back of your neck.

Do you:
Push your way back farther into the closet to see what the breathing is?
Burst out of the closet to run for the flashlight in the kitchen?

You think about the flashlight sitting in the kitchen draw and decide to crawl further back into the closet. As you slide back, you feel a cigarette lighter. You light it and you see that the chilly breath is just a draft from the air vent, but then you hear something crawling through the vent.

Do you:

A. Use your lighter to see what is down the vent?
B. Reach for a large blanket in the closet, curl up and hide?

You grab the lighter and peer down into the vent. Just as you lean over the edge you hear the door to the closet open. You glance behind you, but see nothing. You turn back to the vent and as you lean over a second time you feel a hand on your shoulder.

Do you
Scream and jump down the vent?
Turn around and face the creepy shadow?

You scream as loud as you can and jump down the vent not even thinking where it leads to. When you land on the bottom of the vent, you begin to crawl along it slowly. You are making great progress along the tunnel, and you can see an opening up ahead. You get closer and closer to the light, then all of a sudden you then feel a cold hand grab hold of your ankle.

Do you:

A. Try to escape the cold grip and crawl further along?
B. Turn around and burn whatever it is with your lighter?

You kick out at the hand and keep crawling, thinking that there isn't enough room to turn around. You're almost to the end of the vent when the hand grabs your ankle again and begins to pull you backward.

Do you
Try to make a dive for the end of the vent?
Try to turn enough to burn the cold hand with the lighter?

You make a dive for the end...success! You climb out of the vent and slam the end shut. You stand up and look around, you see a large tree in front of you and you have no idea where you are. It then starts raining heavily, and you need shelter...fast.

Do you:

A. Run under the tree?
B. Go back into the vent?

You run under the tree then you slowly see the vent open.

Do you?

a. Run and jump on the vent
b. Wait for "it" to come out

You decide that its safer to stay away and to see 'it' come out of the vent. As the vent opens, a dark shadow climbs out of the vent, stands up and looks at you.

Do you:

A. Hide behind the tree?
B. Run into a nearby corn field?
