Hm... you know, there is a remarkable community that is still investigating Tolkien's Elven languages, reconstructing their grammar, writing poems in Quenya in Sindarin etc.
But the only thing those name generators do is sticking together some random parts of elvish words. Consequently, the result is nonsene.
If you are really interested in Tolkien's Elven languages I'd suggest you to check out Thorsten Renk's Quenya and Sindarin courses... as a starting point.
