My Suggestion: No scanner limit.

I see your point about how disappointing it can be to click on a topic and there be no image, but as Jason said, it's near to impossible to enforce due to their being no way of recording them.

Also, it's not like every person is going to post 28 no image successes in a week, so limiting them to 2-5 seems like a daft idea to me. If they do get more in one week, they have to wait a week to post it. Why? Why does waiting one week mean there's less to look through? It'll only be there the week later. And if they get more than the allowed quota next week too, they have to wait again. They might never catch up.

I really dont think the idea is workable, or fair on those people, frankly. The forum is about testing and sharing addresses at the end of the day, not viewing the pretty pictures.
