I keep track of my requests and successes in a spreadsheet. Although from time to time I think about getting a program (they do exist) the spreadsheet works just as good for me. I don't see a need for the site to offer an organizer unless they plan to correlate the data and list the results in the database.

I use a text file myself. Simple as it comes.
