hi, I'm new here, so you don't have to listen to my ideas but...
-I think people should vote or the moderators/global mods (right?) are those the highest ranked member? Well, they can decide or the members.
-Also, a good awards is the most active person on each forum like the gen. discussion and sports, etc.
