I have a few ideas, but decided it would cut down on the clutter if I just make one thread:
-limit the size of people's signatures; I realize people like to support their favorite celebrity or make cool graphics, and that is fine. But there are people on the forums that have signatures that are simply, giant. It wouldn't need to be slimmed to the point where only user bars (like my current signature) would fit, but it could help with efficiency. I find it a little crazy that I can open a thread, and have the responses are like 1 line, but signatures take up half of the page. *I am assuming this won't be a popular idea
-Possibly make chat moderated better, my idea [although I am not sure how easy this would be to actually do] would be to disable the chat box for people with under 5 posts. This wouldn't hurt too many people, but it would cut down on the spammers.
-Ban IP's more, instead of just account names. There's been multiple times where I click on the username and like 7 usernames pop up from the same IP

Re: Some Ideas coming for personal experience...
The size of sigs is supposed to be limited, but no-one follows the rules as its not "officially" stated anywhere. Theres a thread in this "forum ideas" section about it from a while back.
The IP thing is harder, as a lot of people use AOL which uses shared IPs, and sometimes 30 names can show up despite them not being linked in any way.
And in any case, admin allows multiple accounts so its really irrelevant.

It's not necessarily the fact that they have multiple usernames, it's more when there are repeated usernames that just keep getting banned all stemming from the same IP.
