Successes - adding location info?

I'm sorry if there has already been a topic about this.

I noticed some people on here don't have their location in their profile, and sometimes when people post a success for example, they might say it took 3 months, and if their post doesn't give any clue to their location, I have no idea if they come from the same country as me, so I can't really gauge if it could take the same amount of time, if you understand.

Especially if the celebrity is someone from the UK (like me) and then I read it took 3 months, I'd really like to be able to say "oh, that's probably why because that poster came from Russia".

So I was wondering, if ever if the future, it would be possible to have this piece of information a part of what you need to add when you post a success? I know the time between sending your request and receiving your autograph can really vary, but still, from your own country, the chance of receiving one faster has to be greater?

I would find this very helpful anyway.

Does it really matter? Its only going to be a matter of days difference anyway.

Well to me it matters actually.

Some people I am interested in and whose agencies are in the UK, when I see successes that took 3 months upwards I think, "that's a long time". But if I don't know where the poster came from, it could be because they live in another continent, which would explain it.

Like I said, its only going to make a few days difference either way.

I'm in the UK. If a US member reports a success that took 2 weeks, then if I then wrote to them, mine migght take 3 weeks. Its only a few more days there and back, its not months or anything.

Plus another person's success time has absolutely NO bearing on how long your reply may take, so its irrelevant in many ways.

I am not sure if its going to make such a big difference either :neutral: ; the max difference is 10 days. Does that seem like alot to you?

I have never heard before that the time difference is 10 days, otherwise I would not have posted. I didn't know that it had been pretty much calculated. Thank you for telling me.
