Okay - this is only a suggestion as I am not sure if its going to work tec- wise :o

The plan I am proposing is a "Self service Feedback Forum". This means that when you recieve a success you can add the result on to the database yourself. If the plan works out then it should save a lot of work for the Mods {thumb2}

Just a suggestion I'd like share,

Pretty sure feedback automatically gets added to the database anyway.

The only thing the Mods do is enter people into the $10 draw thing.

Are you sure that the feedbacks are automatically added?

No, the mods will still have to add members in to the 10 dollar draw as they have to check for the envelope scans first; don't they?

Thanks for you comment anyways.

The database works by word recognition, so its done automatically.

Take my Jurgen Klinsmann success from yesterday, its in the database - http://www.fanmail.biz/feedback/Jurgen_Klinsmann.html - but a Mod hasnt responded to my thread.

However, it doesnt show as a Bayern Munich feedback, as I've posted the name "Bayern Munich", and the database has it as "Bayern Munchen".

Its the same reason why Boston Celtics NBA team and the Celtic football team have feedbacks mixed up in the database.

Moderators have to go in and add the feedback into the system. It has to be done individually through the moderator system thats up.
