I like this idea.

Let me explain what will happen if this ever gets enacted, which it won't.

People will go through just looking for easy autographs
They'll spam all of them
The people will get fed up and quit signing without SASEs, thus ruining it for everyone who actually was a fan

That you end your post asking for email addresses to send to with absolutely no parameters is just further proof that people just want easy autographs.
