This idea has been quite a popular one throughout the forum and I think that it has been decided not to have one.

If there was a forum for email addresses then they could become the victims of spamming. Another reason for not having a forum like this is that people would just send off a request to the address for the sake of expanding their collection.

If you want to find out if a certain celebrity has an email address then you can find them by using the fanmail.biz toolbar.
