Is This Address Still Up-To-Date? area

I think the "Is This Address Still Up-To-Date?" should be open to all and not just Mods. Just incase someone knows if the address is good or not and if it's not to give the new address.

yeah, thats a good idea. I agree. I have tried to reply several times, but keep forgetting that its only open to mods.

Actually, its only open to admin.
