Hello !!
It is not always easy to find American or English stamps or another country and when we live in France we have difficulty in finding stamps of the other countries.
I said myself, that in this subject, and indeed we could put what we look for as stamps and what we also can exchange.
Then I begin =>
- I look for American stamps .
- I exchange French stamps at o,55 cents (for France) , 0,65 cents (for Europe) and 0,85 cents (for USA)
I have everything. I hope that this post will serve.
Saddened for my English.
Bye.

Hello Laetitia,
You can buy American stamps either over the net, or by phone, and have them mailed to you.
That's what I do. I live in Canada and I just call USPS, order what I need, and they just charge it to my credit card and mail it to me.
You can call them from anywhere in the world toll free:
1-800-782-6724
But I know what you mean. I met someone on myspace that lives in England. They have been nice enough to mail me stamps and I mail them the money for it. I did manage to buy French stamps over the net and have them mailed to me. I tried to buy Swiss stamps but you have to buy $15.00 worth at one time. You can buy UK stamps over the net but they don't offer you the denominations and amounts you may want or need.
Do try buying the US stamps from USPS, it works great!

Hi Latetia,
I just called that 800 number and asked if you could call it from France and they said yes. I asked if they had anyone that spoke French to talk to you and they apologized but said no. They suggested you could have a friend that spoke English to place it for you.
I asked about the payment and they did say you can only pay by credit card. Do you have a friend that can place the order for you and you can just pay them?

Do you have "a friend" that can do it for you? And "you pay her, or him"?
