RRFPresident - Issue with feedback envelopes?

Hi everyone

I was giving entries for the $10 allposters.com competition for RRFPresident, and noticed for 2 successes where this member has posted envelopes - John Travolta & Grey's Anatomy cast - both the envelopes in each post were exactly the same. They were from exactly the same URL.

Any suggestions on what should be done? It could be an honest mistake because they were received on the same day. Previous successes posted by this member didn't include envelopes.

It probably was just an honest mistake. I wouldn't do anything, except maybe PM him asking him about it.

If he continues to do this kind of thing in the future, however, he needs to be given a warning.

I didn't think it was a big issue ... and that it was an honest mistake.

I'm not so sure now.

RRFPresident has posted a success in the feedback forum today regarding a cast success for the TV show House.

The envelope posted is the exact same envelope and URL as posted in the two threads mentioned earlier (John Travolta & Grey's Anatomy).

I agree. Something needs to be done. I'll PM him about this...his response will give us an indication as to his intentions, and what our future action needs to be.

I agree, something has to be done about that, it is not fair to be entering him into the contest if he keeps posting up the same envlope. To me i think he is a little lazy to take pictures of his envelope and doesn't understand that the envelope has to be the one that came from the success to be posted up. I hope that, thats just the reason and not anything else!! I hope we get some answers.

I agree with Chrissy on this one

I think that RRFPresident is probably just a bit lazy and thinks they can get away without having to scan envelopes each time.

Since Daniel has PMed him/her already, I would suggest that we just keep an eye on the situation. If he/she posts like this again then the moderator who answers it should say that they are unable to add them to the draw, since the envelope has already been used.

I think that might spur them into action!
