What is the point of 'Not Found'?

Hey everyone

This may sound like a really dumb question, but what exactly is the point of the 'Not Found' section?

I know that address requests are not supposed to be posted there, but what is?

The Not Found forum is for celebrities that don't have an address. At least not that we know of.
