Problem with the site?

When I try to access the site at http://www.fanmail.biz.mboard I get this message

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Too many connections [1040]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

But I can get on fine when I use a link to another profile to get in. Anyone aving this trouble?
