I don't think his IP address was banned, and that's why he could easily create another user account (or use an old one he created before).
I was reading through "Lilly"'s posts, and this one kind of cracked me up:
So this person received a Shirley Henderson (Moaning Myrtle from Harry Potter), and Lilly asked:

Isn't she dead?

--- Lilly is talking about the actress Shirley Henderson.
Sorry if anyone finds my comments offensive, but that just kind of caught my attention.
Afterall, Logan seems a bit more intelligent than this, and if it is he who is using this Lilly account, well, then, that's kind of weird, isn't it?

I see you point, but PoliticalKid92 is certainly Logan, as Logan said he was born in 1992, and he does like to collect political autographs. I would bet that it's him.

I can't understand why those who were recently banned feel the need to return.

well, at least he doesnt seem to be trying to make trouble under this username(unlike the last 2 he's made) unless admin wants to ban his IP, I say leave it alone unless he starts making trouble again because he'll just keep resigning up if just his username is banned.
