True, but its impossible to tell as she's only been posting regularly for a week, after 2 months of not being on...

I understand that, but that's not what I was talking about. James was speaking about when she first became a member/JM/TM. I was saying that you can't really compare from when a person first starts to know, excluding for eug the last two months since she hasn't been around.

I didnt really phrase it very well, I'll try and reword it...

True (what she did several months ago isnt a big deal), but its impossible to tell (if shes improved, or if she still does it) as she's only been posting regularly for a week, after 2 months of not being on...

Hopefully this makes more sense now?

Since she wasn't around for such a long period of time, it leads me to believe that if she is promoted to moderator, she will become another inactive mod, and we don't need another one of those.

if were not supposed to judge them by their actions while their trainees, then whats the point of the trainee system?
