Instant Ban: User ManU80_IS_A-FAG

This user obviously needs to be banned just due to his/her name. They have yet to make any posts, but I'm guessing that this is just another name of a user we already know (such as Fred West). This user's name is obviously trying to be used as an insult to Manu80.

I say we IP ban the IP of the main suspects (that we DO have IPs for) for a week. If the problem stops, we know we got it. If it carries on, just unban the IP.
