He just posted this in Feedback (I have since moved it)- and I think is purposefully just messing with the boards. He knows everyone suspects he's hsm, and he also has posted enough Feedback to know not to post just a picture of a CD which I am almost positive was purchased from Newbury Comics (they sells a lot of promos where you buy the CD and get another signed CD pamphlet). I am assuming this because in his picture he shows two booklets, not just one.

**It probably wouldn't be that hard to call him at his own bluff-

• Register a temporary screen name, and make a post in Wanted stating something like "Hi, I am new to the forums, and was wondering if anyone had a ____________autograph I could buy?" = where the ______ would be a signature that 1DirXtion is trying to sell
• PM 1DirXtion saying that you had seen some of his successes and his post about trying to sell _________'s autograph and that you were interested, but were unable to post about it because a 'stupid moderator' kept deleting your posts (1DirXtion, would then relate to the new user)
• try to work out a deal, and do one of two things: 1.) say you only feel safe making out a check or money order or 2.) just find out what address to send to (in theory he give his real name, which might be Julio)

In hindsight, this is a fairly Wiley Coyote-esque plan, but that's what you get from watching Numb3rs. To catch a criminal, you must have the mindset of a criminal.

Why can't we just ask the administrator (or a mod with ban powers) to IP ban him. Show him all the proof and tell him what the problem is.
Now we even have this joker XXGoodandBrokenxx trying to defend him,

which is just plain annoying because he doesn't even know what he's talking about. Unless it's the same person in disguise? Who knows.
And anyone that says, "if only you knew who I really was" is a nobody. I don't remember when the whole fake thing went down. But I believe where there's smoke there's fire. He defends himself too much. It's getting really old.

I don't think XXGoodanBrokenXX is the same person... doubtful he would purposefully call himself a female- then again I don't know. I traded PM's with a bunch of times (as he still thinks I am a friend), but he's supposedly in "Media Relations" for a major industry company and is 37**. Which is scary- if he is a representative of the company, they made a poor choice. I honestly don't believe him and he acts more like a 12 year old wannabe. He cites that he has sources and that's how he got the signed DA CD, but anyone can go to NewburyComics and buy up to 5 (for only 16.95/ea). In my head, it's still debatable as to whether HSM and 1Dir are the same person (he says he is Bylli {yes, that's how you spell it}, and that HSM is Julio). Even if he turns out to be a completely different person; his lack of respect towards the moderating staff along with a blatant disregard for any form of authority alone is enough to make him not welcome on the boards. Every post somehow ends up being about how he's honest.

Hi all!

I banned 1DirXtion today. :neutral: Since we're not 100% sure if he's talking the truth (although I agree it's unlikely to just walk up to Madonna and ask her autograph! ), I banned him for the reason of being rude towards others here. I asked admin if it's fine, and he said we should give him a warning and then a ban - Jason gave him a warning and then I banned him (after members insisted so).

Did you ban the name or the IP's? Remember if you dont ban the ips he can post from any of them with a different name.

I asked admin, but he told me just "ban him". He has lots of IP addresses, but I guess I could ban them too (that would cause hsmremixworld to be banned too).

EDIT: I've IP banned his main IP address.
