I am going to try and be around a bit more. I personally think we need to watch these trainees A lot of them are very good, but a minority are making things uncomfortable for everyone.

Keep an eye on what is being written, be polite and let the Global Mods or Admins know if there is a problem. For the sake of losing a couple of Trainees I would prefer a calmer, more civilized fanmail.biz
