admins buddy?

There is a new user called admins buddy and I'm very suspicious of them. Here is their posts. They just have images, and a fake success (obviously fake) of Miley Cyrus. I think they are just here to mock fanmail.biz. If this enough to ban or warn them, or should we just keep watching them? Or, are they already banned?

He's back now with a good few different names. I'm not surprised. If he's going to post on here and pretend to be "Franky" or whatever other name he wants to give himself and spam the forum with BIG letters and pictures then i will ban him as he is acting like a spammer.

It doesn't surprise me it's him. Though I didn't doubt it could've been Andy. whosurdaddy hasn't always been the best of the member. He's replied to 3 of my posts with his CaptChaos name mocking them and making fun of them.
