Yes, I googled the address and it's definitely a home address.
It'll be like Katy said, they just think it's a bit of fun and they'll get a thrill out of getting fans hopes up. I think if this user tries to post that address again then it should be deleted because letters sent to it are obviously not going get to Ashley or Miley, and they probably don't realise the consequences.

I've been watching this member carefully.

I think a ban is needed right now. My reasons.

1. More than one account to boost up your count is not permitted.

2. Received more than two warnings

3. Lying to the people here about the address

4. FAKING successes

5. Has 5 accounts now and she is just talking to herself.

I don't think warning her anymore will do any help.
Infact i think if this member stays she will end up selling these things on the forum.
Also, it's NOT okay to be doing this.

Therefore,

I am banning her.
