I finally PM'd GlamourGirl72 and she sent me this reply:

She sent the message twice. Correct me if I'm wrong but once sent, it takes you back to the Inbox so she would have to have gone to the trouble of sending it again on purpose.

when the forums posting slow, when you click the submit button sometimes it takes a little while for it to send, so if you get impatiant and click it again, it will send twice
