Hey Dallas!! :mrgreen:

I'm so happy to see you again here!! :D And thank you so much for the kind comment. :oops: Sometimes I wonder whether my and the others' work get appreciated, but it's people like you who encourages us to continue. {thumb2} Most know that I wanted to quit a month ago, but then I realised how much trust we put into each other and that it would not be fair to just leave. {up} So thank you for all the kind words and encouragement, as none of us would want this forum to end up like some other autograph forums online! :)

And yes, I agree 100% with jdp3577 or BABii_ANG3L as new GM's! :mrgreen: They're both amazing!! :D I'd also like to nominate Sammya. {up}

Thank you all for your votes.
We also need to discuss whether or not those GMS who haven't posted or been online for a good amount of time should stay GM's. No offense to any of them as they are the nicest people, but we do need leaders and i feel that we have a lot of GM's and some are not doing the job anymore whether or not it be because they have school, personal issues or so on, the point is we need people now. and if those who are demoted can return later and devote time to the board then we can promote them again. Right now i feel like we need to prioritize on those who can help us!

I completely agree with you Chrissy. Some of the global moderators have not been on in a while- as much as I loved Fatima, Josephine, nowandagain, etc., they just haven't been on here in a long time and it's time to demote them back to trainee moderator I think until they get started back on the boards.

I think I'll be more active on here now. I see we have alot of more helpful moderators which I'm loving the thought of. I know I'm one of the members too that have kept up with this crazy site for 4 years. I joined a month or two before or after most of the global mods we have now. I plan to help out more. I remember the last time I went up for that position I wasn't experienced enough with how this board worked and autograph collecting in general. As much as I've done- I've practically gotten my whole school autograph collecting- I love it.

Well I think The gms should set a poll up in the admin forum and narrow down the choices then have a vote. Since All the mods got to pick who they think should be nominated.

Dallas, very nice to hear from you! Thanks very much for your kind comment. :) Means a lot!

I think we've come to a close consensus of who definitely are GM potential, and like you said ozzman, I think use GMs need to further discuss it in the admin forum. So be my guest to set it up! {up} Chrissy, I also agree that we need to talk about whether or not those GMs who have not been active should still be allowed to be team leaders/GMs. I have some ideas if we decide not to, but I'll keep them for the admin forum. :)

I just had a thought; if those GMs who haven't been on in a while are demoted, what happens to their teams? Will they get automatically demoted as well?

I don't really need an answer, it's just something to think about. Sometimes computers don't do what I want (or think it WILL do) and I would hate for someone to have to go though everyone and re nominate or have to fix each members of those teams.

I'm definately not positive, but I think that they will just be Mods on no one's team. And then if they ask, they can be on someone's team. I think that's how it'll go, but I'm not sure. A GM will know way better.
