I was looking at the way he wrote brandon, didnt notice the camera, and if you look close you can make out the S in his last name under the blue

Yeah it's the same handwriting. & the postage labels are the same. If you look under the envelope, it says "shot with" and then the camera name.

Im not real sure theres a point to banning him again. He shouldnt be a JM but if he's banned again he can just sign up again with another name and this time he might not be stupid enough to use the same name. as long as he's here with this name, we know who to watch

Yes, it's now 100% him and he's abusing his JM status to delete posts about it.

I know at one point there was a way for admin to do an IP ban with ranges...I think that is going to have to be done in this case if we ever really want to be rid of Brando/brandon. There is no one else who posts from that IP, so I don't see what the problem is with banning it altogether.

If for some reason that can't happen, he must at least be demoted from ever being a JM . That's one reason why the JM system is in desperate need of an overhaul .

Yeah, a real smooth move on Fudgemonkey's part . Yet another example of how this JM isn't ready to be a moderator and probably won't ever be (coupled with the fact that he can't seem to credit anyone for their ideas)!
