Hey guys,

Compared to most of you that have been posting here I am relatively new to this site, and I haven't really posted much about anything other than autographs etc, and I haven't got to know anyone by talking to them. But I do know a lot about some of you by reading many posts and threads, and some of the things you all are having to deal with is like something out of a bad soap opera.

It seems to me, that the Admin doesn't care about this site or the members who built it up with their feedbacks and their posts.

I don't quite understand the system here of who is higheest after the Admin (forums I am used to, don't have so many Mods, lol), but is there anyway that the Mods could group together and write some sort of general message to him, each person stating what they and the other members want to make this place better? I know that you have had problems with him in the past, but maybe if you could deliver a final ultimatum, then that might make him do something. If not, perhaps your plans of moving would then have to take effect.

I don't know if this sight is quieter than it used to be, because I haven't been here that long. But I don't like to see people abusing celebrities, or people spamming or even members getting angry with something that has been allowed to continue, should have been nipped in the bud long ago.

Fanmail has been very good to me since I joined, and I have learned a lot. I really wouldn't want it to die, as although I don't know anyone, there are a lot of good and helpful people here and I know the feeling when you start to believe a site isn't going to survive, and it's really not nice. This is the only autograph site I have been on, and it's helpful, easy to use and friendly. It's a shame some people are not valuing that.

Many people have got in touch with admin. Plus there are threads like this all over the site so he should really read these carefully and realise that there needs to be some changes. He's obviously done a lot of work building this site so why is he letting it go so downhill? It doesn't make sense!
I have made a lot of friends on this site, it would be such a shame if we all tried to come on one day and the site wasn't here. That is exactly what happened to another site I was a member of (girland.com - not autograph related). It had been running for about 8 years, and I had been a member for quite a while. It started to go very downhill, the admins never came on and there was a list of updates to be done which hadn't been completed in months. We were all getting quite worried thinking it was the end of the site, then one day it just wasn't there anymore. I'm so expecting that to happen to this one too.

I moved this topic from "Forum Ideas" to here - things like this need to be posted here. Things are already bad enough as it is, we don't need topics like this floating around unless we want to make Fanmail.biz an island with no members... So please move topics about the forum here, and later on (if things don't get any better) we can make a public topic in the "General Discussion" board to inform members on the situation on the site. I seriously think that fanmail.biz is a great site and i sincerely hope it dosent go down. Everyone here is friendly and its a good site, however the spammers are annoying. I hope fanmail can be fixed because it would be a shame without it. I may think about signing up to the zetaboard in case fanmail closes, but as long as it stays up it is still my main site by a mile. I wish there was something we could do to save fanmail.

I really really hope this site will stay good!But it is to much spammers now..soon they will take over this place with spamming all the time(we are not there yet).

This site is going down like the Titanic; and we need to do something to stop it!

Either get admin to listen, make a new site or move to ACCF.

I am in two minds whether to leave, as are a number of other moderators; If things do not change then I shall be gone, and others will follow, and the forum will be worse than ever.

I really don't want to leave but, unless this changes, I can't be part of this forum anymore.

Please note that all GM's who sign up there will automatically get a IP ban from the admin there on that website. I don't know if that includes Moderators.

I doubt it includes moderators if shambler and a bunch of others are already there! Which is totally unfair (if I had any desire to join that other forum which I don't especially if they're gonna be like that! ).
