Database problems

there seems to be a problem with the database,Ive been trying to look up an address, but it brings up this error message

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 110 in /home/httpd/vhosts/fanmail.biz/httpdocs/profile.php on line 22

Warning: mysql_select_db(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/httpd/vhosts/fanmail.biz/httpdocs/profile.php on line 23

I've been having that problem too.

It's also affecting adding feedback into the database :|
