Fanmail.biz

I have a feeling those two are creating another autograph-collecting site and may be using this forum to supply theirs with information.
Isn't this a repeat of what happened a while ago?

Well, they're going to do what they're going to do... Personally, I think we can't forbid them to make a site but the thing is Fanmail.biz is copyrighted, they CANNOT use or copy any information from this site without permission given by admin himself, otherwise it's illegal. I've come accross websites who use photos from my personal autograph site or who copy my ideas, and I'm very unhappy that I'm not credited. So as long as they acknowledge this site, I guess it's ok then?

No, I dont think anything can be done as our addresses arent "copyrighted".

Isn't it pretty "risky" for them to talk about their new site on the fanmail.biz chat if they dont want people to find about what they are doing.

actually, if you ask me...them talking about it in chat is intentional.

No, I didn't mean the addresses is copyrighted! I meant if they "copy" the whole idea of Fanmail.biz forum and use info on this site which belongs to Fanmail.biz only, for example the layout, ect. Anything on this site which only belongs here, you know? {thumb2} That would be wrong in my eye. But their forum won't last anyways as too many people know about Fanmail.biz, it's the "original"!
