full moderator tool bar?

i don't think i have the full toolbar :neutral: i wanted to sticky one of jasons topics but i couldn't find it anywhere, and someone posted a thread twice so i was going to delete it - but i couldn't find delete anywhere either! i've tried the little scroll bottom a million times but neither are there. help please? i'm just trying to be a great moderator and do everything i need to do.

Unfortunately you do not have the power to sticky a topic. Even with the full moderator toolbar you do not have that access. I can't even sticky topics, even in my own forums anymore.

Same thing you can not delete topics. Only Admin and the global mods can.
