User Kassidy needs to be banned from sale/exchange forum

Below is what was posted in the feedback section of the sale/exchange forum.
Reason 573 why locked topics should be deleted. I'm pretty much positive that this person was scammed, and I'm sorry that I didn't catch this post and delete it before this sale went through. This is exactly why those topics where the person isn't allowed to sell should be deleted, or else they do deals through pms since the topic is still up.
Suspicion aroused when I saw "I usually charge $20 per signed photo" it makes it seem like she gets them all the time meaning she's probably forging them all the time. I found the thread and her story changed constantly, I think that no points should be awarded and this person should be BANNED from this part of the forum, it's not worth other people getting scammed.
I'm going to delete her thread when I track it down again so that she doesn't scam any more members and if anyone sees a topic that's locked where the user isn't allowed to sell, delete it or this might happen again....in this part of the forum locking a topic isn't enough, the topic has to be deleted. Sure they can't post in it if it's locked but that doesn't prevent them from reading it or doing deals via pm as has been proven by this post.
You look at her profile and there is a link to another thread she made selling these autographs in which it states that she met her in her local mall in CALIFORNIA yet, she states elsewhere that she lives in Michigan. I pmed the user who purchased this autograph from her and asked which state he sent the money to, if he says anything besides California then it's obvious that these are fake, as if it already isn't obvious.

Hey kassidy, wow that sounds like a great deal to me I appreciate you cutting me a break on the price, how do I go about getting the money to you and the photo to me? Do you want a money order, cash, check, you pick. I'm just thrilled to have a chance at an authentic Miley autograph, I don't wanna take a chance on Ebay and this place has alot of reputable people, you being one of them by having the proof. J/w was Miley at a mall in the L.A. area?

Hey Kassidy how much would you want for the Hannah Montana one that she signed "Peace" with. I live in Minnesota if that would help you decide shipping costs, just lmk, I sent off to Miley in the mail but have heard successes that way are sketchy at best, would you be insulted if I offered you 10 bucks for the photo plus shipping costs? I want to be respectul to you for the work of getting them but I can't afford alot Thanks and congrats again on meetin Miley, the photo proves it's authentic
