I just wanted to ask if i should also lock if someone is selling autographs if they have less than 100 posts but they have been in this forum almost 1 year. Should i still lock it, or not? I encountered this situation twice, but i didn't do anything as i don't know what to do. Please Help. Thanks!

I personally would point them to the rules. If they carry on then lock it.
