Banned user (multiple ID's)

There has been a heated discution taking over the bad seller/buyer thread...

Mr kennedy has a point but I can't do anything myself so I wanted to know if admin or a global mod can take a look and do what they see fit.
Kassidy has been banned but is still posting under other ID's.
I haven't locked the topic due to it been a important part of the forum.
