I can't believe chat was brought back

Tony is already back in there, using the name Captain Kirk. He's also sending me over-'friendly' PM's again which I just delete. I wonder how many other females he is going to do this to again!
Please, please, please Admin -if it ain't broke don't fix it - Fanmail was completely peaceful and problem-free when the chat box was gone. Can we get rid of it again to ensure the safety of our members? :neutral:

Well looks like my PM box is going to have to stay turned off he is a stalker and a pervert.
If anyone had noticed last week he had stopped comming on here for the reason the box had gone and no one would give him the time of day in PM's.

I dont see much benefits of the chat box either, theres pretty much no way to moderate it(unless you want to sit there deleting the messages all day) once Tony, whosurdaddy or even andy get started on someone, theres no way to stop them

Andy may be stubborn, but that's just because he just tells it as it is, and says his mind- Tony is just there purely for the reason of abusing the system. It's not so much that I think the idea of a chat function is wrong, it's the way it's currently implemented (I wouldn't mind chatting with other Fanmail members and it can be more efficient for answering questions than a whole bunch of new people posting the same repetitive threads, not to mention it's easier than PM).

sorry but I saw andy and capt Chaos get all over a TM for telling them to stop saying bad things about the forum, andy signed in with a real inapropriate name and kept posting untill she left, so dont defend him too much

i like having the chat box i suggest keeping it, its good to chat with other users. Admin please ban the spamming guy it seems many people are annoyed at him!!

Des, unfortunately you can ban him over and over but he just keeps creating a million new accounts per day...when there's no chat, there's no Tony!

thats what i hate about him...his IP changes everytime.

With enough complaints to his ISP with proof of his wrong doing his isp can cut him off the net, first he'll get a warning via letter.

You can get his ISP by looking at his IP then you email proof to them.
